The masterclass shows how to use the three basic steps (basic, lift-step and step-touch) in combination with an intelligent variety of breakdown techniques. What once was simple gets more and more complex resulting in an efficient and creatively advanced choreography.
 
Andreas' smooth techniques and his excellent communication skills help every participant to succeed easily. You will be enchanted by his positive energy and his great enthusiasm.

Aerobic

An aerobics class to dance your heart out! Easy to follow combinations blended with Andreas gift for teaching guarantee a highly energetic aerobics class. Hot rhythms, twists and turns, cross-phrasing etc. will inspire you deeply.

Go with the flow! And let you body move to the music. The floating ¾ beat and the soft rhythmic melodies bring out beautifully broad, soft but at the same times powerful dance movements. Combined with an enthralling choreography ¾ Dance will bring out the best of you.

Cardio-Muscle-Strength

You are looking for challenging exercises? In this masterclass you will find the true combination: Muscle conditioning exercises combined with cardio training. It includes integrated, functional, stabilizing movements and movements helping to erect the body.
 
Do experience floating exercises which make sense, are dynamic and intelligently combined. This is the real power workout!


Legs, Bums & Tums Moves

The goal of this workout concept is the reasonable combination of traditional and new muscle conditioning exercises for the body's midsection, the pelvis, and legs.
 
All exercise are done in aerobic movements with floating transitions. Emphasis is put on the following: Training on strength and stamina for the reduction of the zones causing most trouble.

 

Core

This training is an intermediate to advanced workout with muscle conditioning exercises that will push you to the next level of performance. With the integrated strength training not only will you look strong, you will feel and be strong. “Core” helps to develop overall fitness, muscle strength and endurance.


¾ Toning

Due to the special rhythm this concept for the whole body is a highly intensive workout. The ¾ beat allows to perform the movements very controlled. You will be enabled to workout more focussed and therefore you will leave the class trained, invigorated and very much relaxed.

 

Muscle Power

Dumbbell training inspires both men and women. Intensive toning with the dumbbell as a challenging effective muscle training brings power in your class.


Healthy Back Training

In this master class different subjects are focussed upon, like schooling and automation of upright posture, training of the so-called deficient muscles (neuro-muscular dysbalance of bend posture), Sensomotorical exercises and Static intermittent post stretching conserving the mobility.

 

¾ Stretch

In this stretching masterclass the parts of the body - which are most of the time unilaterally stressed by active and passive bending in every day live – are stretched in order to conserve resp. expand the existing amplitude of movement and actively support the regeneration process.
 
The mix of dynamic, static and static intermittent stretching is especially efficient in respect to the active regeneration. The pace and rhythm of the soothing ¾ beat are very appropriate for stretching and relaxing.
